Appointment Policy

Doctor consultations are by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier, on a leash, and in full control of the owner.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Amex, Care Credit, checks, and cash.
To meet your needs and reduce waiting time, we request that you make an appointment prior to each visit. If you are a first time client, please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out paper work and go over your pets vaccine history. Emergencies are always given top priority. Dogs should be kept on a leash and we recommend cats be in a carrier for the safety of all our clients and their pets as well.
