Surgical Services

We have a dedicated surgical suite to maintain a sterile environment for all of our surgeries. We use the latest equipment, supplies and monitoring systems including isofluorane anesthesia, EKG, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure monitors. While in surgery, your pet is monitored, by the veterinarian and a licensed anesthetic technician. For the safety of your pet we limit our surgeries to a few each day so that each pet is closely monitored from the beginning to the end of each procedure.

Laboratory

Our hospital is equipped to get immediate results on urinalysis, fecals, tumor needle biopsies, blood chemistry and CBC so that you don't have to wait for results. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for histopathology, serology, and specialized diagnostics.

Radiology

Our modern X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many disorders. We use fast-acting film, which limits the amount of x-ray exposure your pet will receive.

Endoscopy and Laparoscopy

With an endoscope we can perform minimally invasive procedures that used to necessitate surgical approaches. We can retrieve ingested foreign objects from the stomach and biopsy the intestinal tract and your pet can go home the same day! A laparoscope enables us to view internal organs with a small surgical incision making postoperative recovery easier for your pet.

Pharmacy

We maintain a complete inventory of common and hard to find medications for your pet. For hard to medicate pets, we use the FlavorRX system.We can make the medication tastier, by flavoring it to taste like beef, chicken, cheese, tutti fruiti etc.

We carry a variety of medicated shampoos, joint and coat care supplements, vitamins, leashes and collars. We have a variety of behavioral products such as citronella "no bark" collars (you may rent before you decide to buy!) Feliway and Dog Appeasing Pheromones, and Kongs.
